Annual Privacy Policy Notification As our customer, you provide us with important information about yourself. We believe it is our responsibility to safeguard your confidential personal and financial information. While some financial institutions share account owner information with other businesses, we are committed to keeping it confidential. NOTE: Your opt out only covers application information and credit-related information obtained from you and others that we might otherwise share with nonaffiliated third parties. We may continue to share other information about you with NewDominion Bank affiliates as permitted by law, such as information about your transactions with us and certain identifying information, including name, address, telephone number, and social security number. You will continue to receive product messages via your statement(s), as well as telephone and mail offers from NewDominion Bank. THE CONFIDENTIALITY, SECURITY, AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR INFORMATION We restrict access to information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. With the rapid expansion of technological capability in our industry and in our institution, NewDominion Bank is committed to maintaining and expanding effective systems to facilitate the convenient delivery of services regardless of the method of delivery. INFORMATION ACCURACY Our corporate family continually strives to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts.
